Self punishment

Ok so this isnt strictly self bondage but that may be incorporated into it.
Does anyone here practice self punishment / self reward in order to motivate themselves to perform real world tasks, I use both to make sure that I keep strictly to my running schedule which can be really boring sometimes.
Just wondering if I was alone in this , slightly strange I know.

i think this opens up options.

i dig it! almost l ike predictiment bondage, but wit a reward for suffering through the 'bad' part.

If intense, prolonged, electro-CBT counts, yes, I do. See my post on 7/30 under the selfbondage safety thread.
