was looking at everyone's ideas and been following this and i came across this. Maybe someone can put something like this together. just food for thought.

you could just cut one of the wires on a tens unit cord may have to extend the wire depending on where you put the pad

put something conductive on the undersole of a shoe you have disassembled like in that video (why waste good heels tho really?) connect the wire that goes to the pad to that then connect the wire that goes to the top of the heel to the tens box

i was at the mall today and saw the apple + nike thing for the first time and i thought of this thread...

you could put the puck from this: http://www.apple.com/ipod/nike/gear.html
in a shoe and then get this: http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/produc ... ts_id=8245

and interface it with a microcontroller so that if it stopped receiving pulses from the puck it would trigger a shock collar...or something

not trivial but seems like it would work
