I have thought about this topic and finally i'd like to come up with an idea.

take a rubber ball as a ball gag and drill a huge hole into it. push in a syringe.
you will need some kind of vertical beam to attach the back end of the syringe. now taking the ball gag in, will fix yourself to the beam in some way. you might need to find a way to prevent youself from just pulling back and seperate the syringe parts.
the idea now is to place the keys at some distance, too far to reach with the syringe still being "long", but near enough to reach the keys when the syringe is "short" (empty).
you would need to push the content into yourself in order to reach the keys.
there are probably many details to be solved with this, but generally i would think it might work, or not?

I think that e_eila means a clean syringe without the needle attatched.
