Hi folks,
just wanted to bring down and share an idea I recently had, so nothing seriously
It's about a software for a random Memory Punisher, like the Memory web teases, but with a big source of pictures and question, randomized, triggering a punishment software or earlier release.
That's how I imagine it to work:
- the user provides a lot of pictures,
-- easywise all in a folder
- for each picture a lot of true and false statements,
-- easywise in one or more textfiles in the pictures folder, or put into windows file data
-- ideal would be a lot of pictures being very similar to each other, but with small details reflecting in the statements to fool longterm memorizers
- the program is used by setting up the scenario with
-- bind yourself as you want, but remain able to input answers on your pc (now that I write that down, it seems to be the main problem with this idea)
-- provide save main escape mechanisms
-- provide an additional escape mechanism triggered by the the software, e.g. in the way of qwerty212's CD try opener
-- optional providing a punishment by punishment program on your computer triggered by the software, see qwerty212'sSelfbondage blowjob trainer
- after the user started the software
-- it randomly selects a picture out of the folder, at least one true statement and some false statements of that picture
-- it shows that picture for a certain time
-- optional it shows another picture to make it more difficult, could be even another random picture from the folder pointed out as distraction
-- then it shows the chosen statements and a timer
-- if the user choses a right statement, the software triggers the release
-- if the user choses a wrong statement or doesn't chose before the timer counted down, the software triggers the punishment
Additional options would be more pictures as a series, configuring
- memorize time,
- time to wait for the statements,
- time to choose the right statement
- max number of true/false/total statements
- difficulty = true statements/(true statements + false statements)
- increased difficulty over time
- a serie of this test
-- optional decreased memorizing time over number of tests
-- optional increased waiting time for the statements over number of tests
-- optional decreased time to choose
-- optional random min and max for the numbers
-- optional total time for the test and therefor the early release
Warning: the whole software shall just provide an earlier release method, so you should be very fine if it fails. Never count on passing a test.
Since I know the real work to get such software done, let me mention: just an idea I'd like to share.

Re: Idea for a Memory Punisher
I think that's a great idea, if I were into coding GUIs, I would do something like that. The only real fun way to learn, maybe one could also use this to learn for a test or so
additional idea: The statements always correspond to the picture before the last one, so the statements to the first picture are shown after the second picture, the statements about the second will be presented after the third and so on. This game is often played on the radio, and most people fail to answer 5 simple questions in a row.

Re: Idea for a Memory Punisher
Quite a good idea, perhaps someone will create it for SexScripts (http://ss.deviatenow.com), as it seems to be ready for it (picture, interface, CD tray release, all seem to be there).
I understands cooper1337, it may be a "rolling" ("sliding" ? I can remember the theorical name) memory game : show A, show B, question about A, show C, question about B, show D... A special working of the memory not usually trained enough (by usual games).

Re: Idea for a Memory Punisher
Right now I'm looking for testers for my latest program in the SDU:
Is a memory game. Depending on your skills you'll be free or you'll be a long time tied.
To have a similar idea of what you can do take a look at this video from captured taboos: http://www.captured-taboos.com/docs/The ... teaser.mov
The program works like that:

The program works like that:
- 1) You'll see a slideshow of images at fullscreen
- ·Images are inside the Question Pack folder, and thery are showed randomly
·There is the posibility of do not repeat images from one session to another
·Users can add new images
·You can setup up to 10 images to be showed (and asked for later)
·You can setup how long the images will stay in screen letting you memorize them
(Example of a real image from the program)
- ·Images are inside the Question Pack folder, and thery are showed randomly
- 2) A cards memory game will start
- ·You'll have to turn 30 pairs of cards.
·You can setup teasing on errors
·Possible to run a countdown: if you do not turn cards at time you'll be teased
·Possible to setup a safe number of atemps before being teased.
·On fails time will be added to the final countdown.
·Random Teasing mode avaible
·Cards are displayed randomly.
·Possible to have a Panic Button on screen, press it and you'll be free.
(Cards game with almost all the cards turned)
- ·You'll have to turn 30 pairs of cards.
- 3) You'll be asked about the images you saw at the beggining of the session
- ·You'll have to answer a question about every image that you saw at the beggining.
·If you answer correctly all the questions you'll be free
·Questions are stored in a folder inside the Question Pack
·It has been created a little program to allow users build their how question fast and easely
·During the questions you'll get on screen a second image hidding the elements that you are asked about.
When you answer you'll get a third image showing the correct answer.
·If you fail answering you'll be tied the amount of time that you bet plus the time added during the cards game
(Real image from the program)
- ·You'll have to answer a question about every image that you saw at the beggining.

Re: Idea for a Memory Punisher
Sounds like a job for CodeTrixxx....
Set-up several picture/ question subs....
I can do the base code with a few sample "screen" views...
Then the user can add his own pictures and questions...

All advice is checked, re-checked and verified to be questionable...
Don't ask, we both wont understand the answer...

would love to test for you QWERTY
Re: Idea for a Memory Punisher
Atm there is a version being tested in the SDU. If nobody else finds any mistake or failure I will release it to the main public next weekend. The Slinky wrote:would love to test for you QWERTY
