Yeah, I also have a beard a lot of the time, but I tend to let it grow for a while, then shave it off and let it grow again, so if I shave it off cos I'm going to a friend's party as Alice In Wonderland, for example (now that was a quality birthday party!), noone would really notice the difference. And as for ears, I'd had several body piercings but never had my ears pierced until I did them myself one night after a few beers. I actually ended up stretching them to 10mm tunnels for a while and added a second hole in each ear, but I've taken the tunnels out and let them shrink back down a bit. I only actually normally wear a ring in the second hole on my right ear, now. Either way, people were only really concerned that I'd done them myself; noone was even remotely interested in why I would want my ears pierced. I figure it's fairly common for guys to pierce their ears these days.
I can`t say what its like in the UK, but in Germany, most people actually give a shit about piercings, tattoos and the like. That seems to be accepted socially by now. Whenever I mention getting a skin removal though, people tend to become a little nervous to say the least. I guess that`s too much right now. Lets check again in 5 or 10 years...

I crossdress when I am home alone. Not every while when nobody is at home but when means parents are at work and brother in school or when whole family is somewhere outside of the town for at least half of the day.

its also great because i can wear leggings if its cold and i dont have to shave my legs, i find it annoying to shave your legs for CDing then end up with cold legs two days later in the driveway working on your car.
I dress as often as I can. Going out in public is a real charge. I get real nervous but also its very exhilarating.
Few weeks ago I went to a BD party that was held in a banquette room attached to a bar. The banquette room guests can not mingle with the bar patrons except when coming and going. Now my friend is the DJ who also happens to smoke. After my exit, the smoker population was convinced that the party in the banquette had gotten a striper and my little walk was the striper being walked to her car. He called me while I was driving home to let me know. I was on cloud nine – best part of the evening

I like to cross dress, then put normal clothes on over the top when I go out clubbing or to a pub. Its quite a turn on for me, and you have to be carefull as you will easily get caught out if someone puts a hand on your sholder (bra/dress straps) or gives you a hug (corset).
Also, when Cross dressing, I wear a chasity device that makes me sit to pee. This makes me feel whats its like to be a girl on a night out, and finding a toilet / place to pee can suddenly become quite a problem.

Here in London, pretty much the same (and for leg shaving - from more than a couple of feet away it's not even possible to tell anyway). May be different in the countryside.
Skin removal? I've had bits of skin removed numerous times in bike accidents (and yes, people do look at you funny, at least until the blood stops) but I guess that's not what you're talking about.
What I meant was a scarification. I am still searching for somebody who will do it and for a motive I like.

I have started adding a little crossdressing as part of my SB sessions. No makeup or wigs. Just hose, heels, maybe a bra and a cheap corset I picked up years ago. For me, it’s not so much wanting to be a woman (no disrespect to anyone who is trapped in the wrong gender) it’s just that women’s clothing is more fitting and the tightness of the clothes add to the sensation of the bondage scenario.
Recently, I just started shaving my legs and it has taken me to new heights when I CD for my sessions. And no one notices the lack of hair. It takes more maintenance, but I am getting faster at shaving.

I started seeing a new girl about 6 months ago and she insists that I spend most of my time dressed when I'm with her at her place. So, I've started shaving most of my body regularly.
Normally I get bored of shaving (as I've mentioned I'm normally a beard man), but it's great to have an incentive to shave and to look good more often. It's also all the excuse I need to buy new clothes and shoes and, in fact, we're going underwear shopping on Thursday. Woop.
