I would not rely on that. Ripping your own skin right off is really hard to do, it needs a lot of willpower. You probably would not do that unless it is a very dangerous situation and you might hesitate to do so in the wrong moment...

So just for giggles I glued my left hand shut the other day as a test. I was disappointed to learn that after the glue had set, I had absolutely no trouble opening the palm back up under it's own power and unassisted by any solvent or device. I used a very liberal amount of glue and it was still no problem escaping.

Musta been old glue or the wrong kind. I once accidently glued my finger to my thumb and had a heck of a time getting it unstuck.

i managedto glue my elbow to the table and teeth to the lid...oops..rather silly.

The teeth one didn't take too long but the elbow one was harder.

hehe
