If you want bloomers or petticoats that do not come undone at the seams, and are extremely well made. A bit dearer than you can get but well worth the money.
I have bought several things and she will make things to your specifications.
She can be reached by messaging me first. I will send you her contact email. I'm not making anything from this but her work is so good, it's worth pushing. This one is 12 inches long. She is making me another for my French Maids outfit.
She makes them any colour and length. I have a red one that is brilliant with a black skirt. I have suggested she makes skirts as well.
