This one is interesting.
If you have problems with blood flow in your legs or cannot sit on your knees for very long, you can also extend your legs forward and spread them at the foot of your bed or tie them to a spreader bar. Then it is a good exercise for the abdominal muscles.
Other additions - such as your magic wand with sleeve attachment - are recommended.

An idea I got from another BoundAnna member: take a plastic drinks bottle of sufficient height and cut the bottom out of it (you can possibly extend it by gluing the side of another bottle to it to get a longer tube). Take one or 2 clothespins and attach them to your tongue - your tongue will then come out of your mouth. Then, with the real narrow opening of the bottle in your mouth, fix the bottle in such a way that you can no longer remove it from your mouth; the clothespins help with this because your tongue can no longer push the bottle out of your mouth. The clothespins are outside of the bottle.
Now perform a variation of viewtopic.php?f=6&t=14446#p113241 where you pull your legs a little more above your head. For example, the ice lock at the top of the drawing is attached to the top of your bed.
This brings the penis into the open bottom of the bottle.
The vibration of the magic wand ensures that ejaculation becomes inevitable, causing semen to slowly flow into your mouth afterwards.
But because you came, this is not a pleasant experience. But then you can't do anything about it anymore.
