Educating you in the discipline and patience of slaving in heels would please me greatly. As another great philosopher here once said, "The higher, the better". My advice would be to start off with 4 inch pumps and a pair of flats, to allow you to pay any debts whilst serving chores on the farm.

I see you have chain, once you get a pair of heels you can make your own heel cuff. Wrap the chain around and attach to your ankle cuffs. Start small with 15 mins and work your way up. For added fun you can get like key rings and bells and attach to the chain. They also have the ones that Shannon did a review on. I had a pair of them they work good I can recommend them too.
