Welcome ggjgjgjgkg.
Put a crotch-rope around the scrotum and penis (CBT) so that the foreskin is pulled down tight.
Tape it to your penis with duct tape so that the toothbrush contacts the frenulum, and stay there well.
Make a bondage with an ice lock so you can't stop it anymore.
Prepare for a painful experience.

Could get a little or lot sore on the contact spot if held there to long. Some lubrication on the penis and brush would help.
That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
