I am thinking that a spread-eagle tie while wearing a breathable gag, plug, and diaper would be nice to do first.

Sounds good I will do that today

I have a lock with timer. Gags I have a ballgag, penis gag and latex gag. Often also use panty and stuff like that to gag myself with tape
My diapers are better quality (:

Drink some coffee or tea every 15 minutes for 3 hours before you start.
