Was assigned this scenario by a friend so I took some time out to complete it. Spreader bar at the able, kneeling with a gag/head harness attached behind my back, attached to the anal hook with an ice lock and a ratchet rope so it could be properly shortened, pulling my head backward. Nipples were clover clamped and attached to the floor with a 12-14" rope. Hands cuffed together with a timer lock set to one hour. Initially my hands were cuffed behind my back, but I barely lasted 5 minutes in that position, either due to my poor flexibility, or high center of gravity. I wound up on my face and the gag/head harness kept sliding to one side.
Once I was recuffed in front I was able to use my hands for balance.
