How do I tie my own arms?

I have been thinking about this for sometime, is there a way to restrain my arms in self-bondage?

Yes, I would be interested to know as well. Especially after seeing the beautiful pictures of Lisa and Allie.
- What is a safe way to tie your elbows without restricting blood circulation
- What is a good backup release for tied elbows (scissors are going to be difficult)?

What I do is make the handcuffs knot, put my wrists in, then twist the rope by turning 1 wrist, as if cranking a hand operated egg beater a few times to make a tight column, then back off 1 or 2 turns. If used alone, it is escapable immediately by reversing the turns, but coupled with another form of wrist/arm/hand bondage that prevents the cranking motion would make it self secure, depending on what you want to do. Actually have been looking for a way to incorporate a padlock to bind the rope coils together so I can have a rope on wrist scenario, with the padlock key release controlled by timer or other release.
A risky, but reliable way to break a rope tie is by using a soldering iron held securely, like in a vise. They burn at about 400 degrees Fahrenheit and employ toxic metals, so only use if you can see and confidently control yourself. Paramedics' safety scissors are always the best choice for rope escapes.
I used to use this handcuffs wrist twist coil for modeling bondage shoots. Certainly looked secure.

We might be able to hold a discussion on proper and safe arm binding here.
I guess I will stay a bit longer.

As regards an emergency escape perhaps some sort of saw blade secured somewhere you wouldn't really want to be stood while tied up. Like your front garden. You can rub the rope against the saw teeth to work yourself free. A saw blade would be preferable to a knife blade as if you catch your skin on the saw it would result in a scratch or little cut of the skin where a knife edge could cut deep into your wrists.

A saw blade with some form of push-away guard fitted would be even safer. Maybe a rasp or some course sand paper, just to delay things a bit more  .

Welcome gaggedandbound23.
Glad you're staying with us for a while. :hi:
And should you decide to leave, write down your name and password somewhere. That makes coming back so easy.

Hi, everyone,

The OP, gaggedandbound23, has formally requested to leave the forum.

In the interest of not messing up the post order, I have deactivated gaggedandbound23's account.

I don't like doing this, especially with a member who has just started and it's the members who make Bound Anna a wonderful place.

Jenny.

And I'm not editing that post again.

To those who believe I have not paid for my early stunts as a Newly Registered User, I have had 5 members come to me for deletion. Being a Muhammad Ali of Bound Anna (Not because I float like a Cadillac and sting like a beamer) probably suits me for the job, as I always try to ask if they are sure. Some just walked into the wrong room by mistake, some not sure they fit in.
At any rate, it is no one's fault we lost this user. Everything was super polite as usual. My 8 private message exchanges were not enough, I figure they just were not sure, and decided to err on the side on not making any changes to their life at this time, that being, to regularly engage a forum.
I am happy I decided to stay, and am proud to be a member of the staff. Not always fun, but definitely rewarding.
