Equipment list:

2x 10m, 2x 5m rope
2x 1m chain
Handcuffs and some padlocks
2x Leather cuffs for legs and for wrist
Blind fold
Vibrator
Ball gag
Tape
clothespins
timer padlock

Put on your ball gag and block it with the tape.
Put on your leather ankle and wrist cuffs.
Strap the vibrator to your chair as shown in the video at viewtopic.php?f=6&t=12777#p92744.
Use the 5 meter ropes to tie your ankles to the back legs of the chair so that your legs remain open.
Start the vibrator and put on the blindfold.
Using the chain and the time lock at 1 hour, tie your hands at the back of the chair.

Ensure a backup by using your regular padlock in series with the time lock, with the key becoming available after an ice block melts. (For example, key tied to your wrist with a thin rope with the key sticking in the center of an ice block that has melted after 2 hours).
