Reading about the easy hide fucking machine brought back a memory from my younger experimental, lacking in health and safety days.

I was about 12, I had an old shed in the garden with power and a light which was sort of my workshop and play den. It was also a good place to stash my porn mags. On the motor shaft, I glued a large nut position off-center so it would cause vibration through the wood. I fixed the wood on a pivot to the shed floor and was ready to try it out. I didn't bother with test runs back then.

My parents were out and there I was stark naked chained to the shed floor, escape was via the keys that I left laying on the floor near my left hand. My new invention was between my legs and the switch was operated by my toe and my erect cock was firmly grasped by the machine.

I switched it on. The result was pleasurable for about 20 seconds then all hell broke loose. The wooded arm was wildly vibrating trying to rip my cock off while at the same time repeatedly bashing me in the balls. Make sure it's an oscillating sander and not a rotary sander otherwise you could lose bits of your body you'd rather like to keep.

Now that I think about it, what kinky applications does a Dual Action (DA) round sander have? It spins until it meets resistance then vibrates. Sanders had nothing to do with Dosster's build, just mentioned for comparison, but it got me thinking, which can always lead to kinking..........

My past adventures have been with the old-style oscillating sanders. If applied so the pad just touches your balls it shakes the hell out of them. A girlfriend had great fun finding that sweet spot while I was tied to a work bench in a garage.

Another use I did try putting a profile sander to was hair removal. First totally shaved then when the stubble just started popping through I'd go over my legs with the sander with the finest of wet n dry paper attached to the pad. It did actually work at first leaving me with super soft skin but it is very dodgy to use. You can easily rub your skin to the point of soreness without realizing it. I soon gave the idea up.

I use a DA sander for exfoliation. Just try to stay away from sand media paper that causes cancer. (Probably metal working paper, I stick to wood working paper)
You're right though about burning through. Less is better. What feels "right and soft" at the moment might be too much as you would feel later on, because when the epidermis layer is sloughed off, the dermis layer becomes inflamed. Too deep, and it can become infected or rash.
Go lighter than you think, scrub with soap and water, then apply your favourite moisturizer lotion/cream.
