Not a DIY question, but there seems to be enough discussion about toys here, I am guessing this may be the right place.

Got my first gag a few weeks ago, the Tantus Fantasy Penis Gag. It was too big. Well, I am getting used to it, but at 1.7" diameter by 2.75" long, it is bigger than I would like for a longer session.

I then got the beginner locking penis gag from Extreme restaints 1.3" diameter by 2" long. You guessed it, it's just toooo small!

Does anyone know of a penis gag in between these two? You know, one that is juuuuust right.

Or you can make one yourself in the right size and cover it with plastic that is used for storing food so that you don't get poisonous.

That's a thought. I've made some stuff before, but I like the feel of the soft molded gags.

You can use foam insulation pipes with a reinforcement inside. They are easy to make in the right shape.
I made a butt plug like that, then covered it with condoms before using it.

Pool noodles work perfectly.
Cut to the shape and length desired, then use sandpaper to smooth the surface.
Add a condom and you're good to go.
