The clamping keeps it in place if you clamp enough "meat" in between and only use a small ice cube.
(Of course it is easier to do as a woman than as a man).

Just put some ice cubes in the freezer for tomorrow, now got to find the chopsticks.

Had a little time to experiment to get elbows a little closer. Pretty tight, but it's funny how you can train and get used to it. (And again, don't try at home, hard to escape if you do not know how).
