How do you handle the "added mass" when not "en femme" as it were? Growing boobs sounds interesting, but on the other hand I'm SUPER private about my crossdressing atm.

I typically wear compression tee shirts (some male... some female) under my male clothing. It flattens out my breasts a lot... and most people close to me know I have gynecomastia from my pituitary tumor... I have just expanded and enhanced them significantly. But no one has called me out on it mainly because breast growth is so slow that people get used to it gradually. If they were to look at before and after photos from 5 years ago they would be shocked! Another thing is... I don’t care what other people think! Lol. Crossdressing in public will develop thick skin like that.

Another thing.... getting up to an A or a B cup allows you to use some inserts and pushup bras effectively and really enhance your clothing choices, without impacting you male life much...

Found a photo of an early variation.... a ell and a street ell stuck together... the openings were parallel which did not fit the curvature of my chest.
