hi mods,
Are we allowed to talk about shock collars or is repurposing a pet training item classed as "making or using" electrostimulation devices?

We have several threads, mostly in DIY, Software, and Self Bondage Scenarios that discuss them and their drivers. Re purposing a pet trainer has also been discussed. So feel free to share your questions/experience.
