They both had blue lightsabers. Although I have seen remasterizations with Anakin wielding a red sabre. My take away was that Anakin was so busy with his new Sith Lord duties, he did not have time to make a red one yet. Of course that would have made Luke's 1st sabre red as well. Either way.
