Custom plug

I know this is not strictly bondage but I'm sure there are plenty of you who use butt plugs.

I have tried many different plugs over time and the problem I have found is that the round base on most of them gets uncomfortable after extended wearing.
I prefer solid metal ones over rubber ones for the weight and feel they give. I have a set of jewelled base stainless steel plugs which, as I said, I find the base too wide for comfort. Obviously you need something to stop the plug being 'swallowed' so I thought perhaps a narrow bar would be better than the traditional round base. After looking online and not finding anything that was what I was looking for I decided to make my own.

The plug itself is 40mm diameter with an overall length of 90mm. The spindle section is 14mm diameter and 20mm in length. The bar is 15mm wide, 5mm thick and 150mm long. I shaped it to fit so that when wearing it sits comfortably up between my butt cheeks and between my legs. I have included holes at both ends so that, if required it can be attached to a locking belt to prevent removal.

I am very pleased with the result and have found that I can wear it for extended periods without any discomfort, and the bar actually adds to the experience as it causes the plug to move in and out a little when bending and standing up.

Material is polished aluminium with a stainless steel countersunk set screw. Not sure what the cost would be as all the materials I had to hand.

I like it too! I was just trying to think of some kind of spring that could be used, either coil or leaf (or maybe torsion, why not?) to pump it as one would walk.
See? I am not snubbing it like a total jackhole.  Look at all the fluid I am spilling over it.

Interesting idea. I will have to give that some thought and see if I can come up with something...

Nice work!

Have you given the screw a drop of thread-glue?
It could be distracting to have “un-scheduled disassembly event”

 Classic Sir C...

But quite accurate.

Screws tend to get loose - I'm living proof of loose screws...

Yes, it would not be funny to have, as you say, an "un-scheduled disassembly event"
Don't worry there was Loctite used during the assembly. I used blue so that it can be taken apart again if required but unlikely to unscrew unintentionally.
