I don't understand. Are you talking about learning how to do this from a technical point of view, like how to set it up to monitor and control a person by cellular telephone machine, or are you looking for a professional sub to give you detailed feedback on the effectiveness of your commands?

My wife has (with my consent) installed Qustodio on all my devices, it blocks all social media, mature content, shopping sites and entertainment sites.
Also all search engines are blocked except for google and google safe search is locked on.
Restricted mode is locked on on YouTube.
It alerts her via email if I visit paypal.
Qustodio locks everything at 'bedtime' and she has put time limits on all the 'timewasting' apps.
She has admin rights on my computer (which I no longer do) and she's locked "settings" on my phone and tablet - so that I can't uninstall or bypass it.
She can see all the websites I visit, how long I spend there and block them if she wants to. She also sees all my web searches.
It means I need to ask her for permission to visit any sites that are in categories she has locked.

On my laptop, it has a feature where she can put in her password to temporarily disable it, then it re-locks automatically when the time is up. She likes to make make me beg for this time out or bargain for what I must do to earn it.

Qustodio is very secure and full on, I am quite tech savvy, but I can't get around it.

I know my wife has our best interests at heart - but think very carefully before you let a stranger have that degree of control over your digital life.

It's quick and easy to install in a horny moment - but very, very difficult to remove once the password has been changed.

2nd option is to install/set-up the software, use it for a length of time until you get the setting as you want them (I suggest at least a week to two weeks) and then change the password, using the "use securely generated password" feature of your browser. Take a photo of the password with an app like Time Lock For Images lock the image away and then delete the password from your browser.

I know from my own experience with my wife putting parental control on my devices, that there is (especially to begin with), quite a lot of negotiation/adjustment to be done to get the balance right between what you need for work and daily life and what needs to be blocked.

Seriously, keyholding and other similar interactions generally involve a lot of conversation and time spent on the other person's behalf, so you're unlikely to find someone who is willing to take that on for nothing.
Not unless they're a joker who will just lock everything and then disappear, or a blackmailer who will lock everything and then demand money to unlock it.
If you take the time to engage in conversation and get to know someone online, then you might be able to ask them....
