Interesting question.
Saw this one and thought 'Unable to move, see or speak, hung upside down would scare me to death.'. Blood rushing to the head you would probably quickly pass out and could easily die without your captor realising.

I have one of those.

Once, years ago, my girlfriend helped me play out a kidnap fantasy. We drove her car out into the country and pulled over in a secluded spot. I then hopped into the back seat, and my "kidnapper" tied my hands behind my back, gagged me with a bandana, and blindfolded me with a scarf. To prevent arousing suspicion from anyone we might pass on the road, I laid down in the back seat so that it would be harder for people to see me. My girlfriend returned to the front seat and began driving away.

At first, I enjoyed it, but after a few minutes, I begged her to let me go, and she stopped the car and untied me. The primary issue was car-sickness; I couldn't see where we were going, and I couldn't anticipate when I should start feeling the car move left or right on turns. That just made me feel nauseous.

I'm up for trying it again, but I'd have to take precautions against car sickness. At the very least, I'd need to steel my nerves and prepare mentally for feeling movement before seeing it. If possible, I'd also sit upright instead of rolling and twisting around like I did last time.

Yes, sitting up straight helps.
When I was at boarding school there was a day when we were blindfolded and dropped in groups of 3 people at different places with the assignment to come back to school on foot as soon as possible.
Although the car first made several movements on the playground of the school, I was still able to follow the route the car made in my mind. Because of this I managed to choose the shortest way out of the forest afterwards.
We had hitchhiked there, so we didn't even go to school for a while because it would be too suspicious that we arrived so quickly.

Would be interesting to see kitty jump in surprise with all those balloons stuck on after popping one with the claws...

Cats are more interesting than TV (disclaimer: when they're not sleeping).
