I came across a terrific video and then lost it when I quickly signed out as I heard the wife at the door. Never found it again.

A girl is standing in the room and an off-screen voice says (in Brit accent) something like "I suppose you'll leave after I'm gone."

Then, at his direction, she puts on chastity belt, over her panties.
She sits down and one by one puts on steel/leather manacles and locks each one.
First ankles, then wrists, then collar. All of this with good close-up views!
And then she takes a thin chain and connects all of them with a couple of padlocks.
At this point, she is secured in an almost-fetal position, unable to do much but roll over.
He leaves her like that - - after picking up the keys from the floor.
