i just put some terrible music on my mp3 player(disney girlz rock and some britney spears songs) and i removed all the other music.
tomorrow I will set my mp3player in shuffle mode and won't alow myself to put it of unless i have to talk to someone.
for my next self bondage session, i plan to play the song "erotica" by Madonna over and over. i was going to play a song that i cant stand like "all I want to do" by Sugarland but "Erotica" fits the situation so much better.

Wakka Chikka Wakka Chikka is a good album to listen to as a guilty pleasure. It swaps back and forth between nice sexual atmosphere music and goofy tunes about sex. The first two songs sum the whole abum:
