go to Home Depot and get a strip of metal punched with holes. It looks like a metal yardstick, except with holes. Don't know what it it supposed to be used for however, you can bend it with your hands cause it is not that thick, and mold it to a fiddle shape. Line the edges with electrical tape because there may be sharp.

My memory tells me it's one of those steel thingies that goes around the neck at one end and locks the wrists together at the other, sort of like:

The neck goes in the "O" and the wrists go in each half of the "8".

There is also an inline variation that is:

It is great to put on a leather collar (i've got it stainless and shiny), and it goes easily inside a turtle neck with a padlock if you cut the seam in the back....

Just looking at that image gives me so many ideas for locking costumes...

Btw, am I the only one who thought of tying people up with violins when reading the title? Sure, I got the point soon, but that thought just wouldn't leave my mind!

That metal strapping is used to strengthen walls during home construction. It also works great for holding mufflers under cars and a few other things.

I am away from my regular computer and dont currently have pics, but that stuff can be used to make some other interesting bondage toys as well.
