I'm trying to find some kind of social site for a friend; one that caters to online dom/sub relationships, and is free to use. Anyone know any sites like that, or have any suggestions?

Well, since I'm trying to find a website for my friend, I don't think the country matters. Let's just say it needs to be in English.
