I did a reverse setup once:
I dressed as planned - stuffed bra, thong, short skirt, satin blouse. I chose sneakers as most of the walk would be in the dark forest. I covered the clothes with a man's shirt and trousers - both old. Then I drove to a parking lot near a forest and pocketed a padlock and my car keys. I hid the keys to the padlock near the car in two places. I had 10 feet of chain in a small bag over my shoulder.
Then I walked more than half a mile into the forest and found a tree a few feet from the path. Then I put the chain up my sleeve, down the shirt and through one leg of the trousers. A deep breath and the point of no return: I slung the chain around the tree, connected both ends with the padlock, and before I closed the padlock, I put the car key in the hasp too. A click and I was stuck.

The only way out was to take off the shirt and the trousers, and walk back through the deserted forest to get a key at the parking lot. Then I had to find my car key and unlock it. I considered to dress in my shirt again, but chose to do it at the car, That was more than two miles in female attire. I wonder if I dare to do this in a town ...

Go to a place far enough away where no one can find your bag key, and come back for the bondage.

Insert your butt plug and chastity belt.
Then put on as much panties as possible.

Insert the chain from behind into the leg openings, cross the chain, then go over your hips and forward, then insert both ends of the chain through the leg openings and cross it and then go back to your hips.
Tighten the chain securely so it can't slide over your hips, and secure the ends with two padlocks.
Put the keys to the padlocks in the bag and close the bag.

Wear leggings and your short to hide the chain.
You can choose your other clothing as you please (bra, sneakers or ankle heels, white or black dress).
