Key Release Challenges

After a reading another post I seen this

and realy liked the idea of having to work for the key rather than just waiting.

Is there any other methods that anybody can thisnk about...

To add to what Jenny said, gloves with fingers taped together. Ex, no workable thumb, as its tied up, or sort of a claw, where 1+2, 3+4 to form a 3-finger 'claw'

leave the keys to your cuffs locked in a safe or tool box and leave the key for that burried outside... or locked in your trunk of your car.. and the car keys upstairs...lol... basiclly you have to get one key to get another and another from different locations in and around your home...

Some sort of exercise machine....
Release only after having driven 10 Miles or so....

However, when attempting such a mechanism, there must be an alternate release method - a key that is released if a seveal-gallon-iceblock melts or something like that.

Hmmm....

The idea sounds enticing....could also help solving my overweight problems....

I will have to visit my local Walmart at the weekend. While I could easily imagine how to fix myself to a stationary bicycle or rowing machine in a way that I could still operate that machine, I have (at this point) no idea about a release mechanism that would fire after a certain number of excercises.

You can always use a resettable combination lock. If you have to guess 3 digits, it will take about 17 minutes, 4 digits, 2.8 hours, or 5 digits, 28 hours.
