Make a hobble tie so that you have to walk in small steps like a fancy lady does. Be careful with stairs.

Wear it for at least 2 hours, but you can sit down if you get too tired. Only the high heels must remain on.

Put your key to the handcuffs on a high cupboard or something similar.
Put on the handcuffs and double lock them.
Take the chain and put it between your legs and arms behind the hobble tie and your handcuff chain.
Now bring your feet together and with your hands at your stomach, close the chain circle with the padlock.

As long as your feet are together you can bring your hands up to stomach height and you have complete freedom to walk, but only if you keep your hands down.
