I don’t know of any usable method to directly transfer urine from the male urine outlet to the mouth with someone sitting on a couch. Condom catheters can be used to attach a tube to the male urine outlet, but the bladder does not like forcing urine up a tube. Even a foot of upward flow is usually enough to prevent the urine from flowing. Easiest way for men to collect urine is what is called an external or condom catheter. Most pharmacies can probably order them or you, they're pretty common. If anyone asks just say you do endurance car racing or fly gliders or something (the second one is my excuse).

You can connect these to a collection bag.
