Right off the bat:
If you can secure yourselves to a fixed point on opposite sides of a room or space where there is an overhead beam or fixing point, you could fix yourselves to that point, then thread a rope tied off to the privates of each, short enough such that each player needs to stay up on his knees to prevent hard tugging on said privates. Fatigue will inevitably set in, and each player will need to take turns trying to relieve the stress of the position, because any movement will cause pulling on *both* of them.

+ throw respective cuff keys a roughly equal distance behind each player
= TUG OF WAR!
Whomever can endure more pulling can get to their own keys before the other can, free up their own hands, and have a bound captive to play with for as long as desired.
