With this frivolous clothing (harem or maid costume) I rather go for the spikey ones.
I find the chrome cuffs rather something together with a catsuit or minimalistic (only underpants and bra) as a contrast of something fuller compared to the empty smooth clothing.

I like both i could imagine both are very useful in different situations
I think the spikey ones suit your current atire.
They're also an incentive to keep your legs apart.

Me to I like the spikey one, though the other with the convenient ring has a better bondage look about it but for that outfit the spikes are nice. I also love the toe rings.
I remember when I was a service engineer in my younger days, I went out on a job and the lady in the office was wearing open toe sandals and she had toe rings on and ankle bracelet. I found it hard to do my job as all I wanted to do was kiss her feet especially when I had to access the junction box under her desk. I saw a lot of female legs in that job, I think that's where I got my leg fetish from.
