A nice set of leather stiletto-heeled boots would be a nice accessory.

The other outfit looks too much like a lengthened hospital gown that was tinted black.

Heels is a must.
And you can wear a collar and corset under it which no one knows about, but which ensures that you keep yourself straight and stylish.

Stop making excuses and just buy the things, you know you want to really.

I too have short legs, they do go all the way down to the ground, which is handy really.

My legs are 29" and it is pain trying to get jeans to fit me. I find the best fit for leg length are ladies' jeans in a short size which seem to be far more freely available than male jeans in short. Which I find strange as I always thought ladies had longer legs than men, but any depth study on the subject I have tried to complete has never gotten very far due to distraction. You see to measure the inside leg correctly you must start at the crutch. Which is like starting a race at the finish line.

How about a 32" inseam? Add 5" or 6" stilettos to that. And a wasp waist.
