Hi I am interested in building a simple self bondage timer
I think it would make a nice Android app but am looking to find out what the best and simplest app builder is.
Any hints would be much appreciated.

I use Microsoft Visual Studio for Windows projects and know that it has an option for Android applications.

If you want to code, use Android Studio.
When you don’t want to learn Java, check out Kodular or Niotron.
