It is hard to explain without pictures, but you basically need three lengths of rope. Check out the "wrist coil" in the "basics" section.
One rope is used as the wrist coil, one rope is used as an ankle coil (same thing, just wrapped around the ankles instead of the wrists) and the third rope should end in two chinch nooses, one chinching your wrist coils and one chinching your ankle coils. Thats all there is, with some experimenting you will get it right. Just try to keep all the knots out of reach, of course, unless you want to be able to untie yourself at any time.
