Simple, but revealing if you are not carefull
But I might sugest a few things...
A catch holding the blind down, if you lower your head
it will decrease the tension on the cord to the blinds allowing it to raise untill the tensention is returned.
maybe a shorter time cycle for the light... 1 minute on 5 minutes off... and a low wattage...
to force a revealing, the rising blind lowers a key for release... or, to make sure the key is heavy enough, several keys, only one will unlock the cuff, and a switch that will turn the light on when the blind is all the way up, and to increase the level of dificulty on the release, the keys are all on strings that are knotted together.
That way, you don't have a ring of keys and can just go through the keys one at a time, this way, you may try the same key several times...
if you need excersize, set up a treadmill or excerise bike where you must go so far for release, but keep your head up the whole time...
