I whipped the cream in the bathtub (best place to make an easily cleaned-up mess) then I mixed it for the cake.

That went into a run-of-the-mill oven.

Random musings (and general evidence that my mind is a twisted mess...):

I was thinking about this whipping business.

There's a lot of violence associated with food. Whipped cream. Pound cake. Coffee frappé. Crushed almonds. Diced carrots. Chopped liver. And the list goes on. It's like a movie with all the worst serial killers teaming up.

It's also making me hungry.
