This escape is going to bet much more interesting when they invent a Roomba that can navigate stairs...

A Roomba might make a nice "early release" but I would have a long release, say one that takes 4 hours, as well as another back up, maybe 5 or 6 hours. You could get "lucky" (whatever that means to you" and have the Roomba serve you the key in 5 minutes. Or you might never see it. Mine bops around like the "Johnny 5" toys from "Short Circuit 2" (1988).

Yes, now that I saw this, I remember that movie. :)

You could equip the Roomba with artificial intelligence so that it tries to avoid you every time you - bound in a hogtie - get too close to it.
Will you manage to lock him in? Or will you wait at the place where he has to recharge, but then it will of course take longer because he has to make fewer movements before his battery is empty. :twisted:
