I just posted a scenario in that section about a scene I will be doing it in a while. I have done virtually all the pieces of this scenario except the part after the first climax whilst bound. This scenario will keep be bound well beyond the first climax. I have and will be using a SeriousKit milker. It will not stop until the ice locks release me.

I know that the post orgasm torture will not be pleasant. I have no experience (except once or twice as a teenager) working past the first climax on to another one or even a third one. The best way to get multiple orgasms in a short timespan, is to first ensure that you have build up lots of sperm inside you. I would advise a minimum of 2 weeks of not coming, but being sexually active otherwise (watching porn and other forms of stimulation without orgasm)

A chastity cage may be of great help here.

As you build up sperm, you will notice your balls getting bigger. This is normal. They will not grow indefinitely. There is a point where the body will reabsorb excess sperm. It may take longer than 2 weeks to get to this level.

The point however is, that when you orgasm with such big quantity of sperm in your sack, you will have a big load, but you will not release everything. Because there is sperm left, it is possible to get a second orgasm. You will still have the problem of losing interest after cumming, but with enough stimulation you should be able to regain the interest within 30 minutes.

Another option is to use kegel exercise and try to go for a ruined orgasm. In that case, little sperm will be ejected, you will not lose your sexdrive completely, and as such you have enough sperm for a second round.

I find this option to not be as punishing as the first one I mention, because with the first one, you will completely lose your sexdrive and you will also fully relax, making every bit of your body want it to stop. As you still have sperm inside you, your body will start to become aroused again after a reset period of 10-15 minutes, allowing you to build to a second orgasm. The session must be long enough though, and it will definitely be hard. The closer you are to being full of sperm prior to the session, the more chance you will have at succeeding.

Of course, as pointed out earlier, other things like urinating before the session starts will also help, and additional sexual stimuli will also help, such as nipple stimulation and other powerful stimulation on any of your sexual organs, ass included.
