If you want a gradual increase, tie one end of the chopsticks tightly together and put an ice cube in the other end, then tie both other ends with elastic. Now hook the nipple in the corner that is attached so that the chopsticks stay on the nipple. The more the ice melts, the closer the chopsticks come together.

That sounds fiendish fun, I'd love to try but I can't see the chopstick staying on a nipple. Will find out tomorrow.

Had a little time to experiment to get elbows a little closer. Pretty tight, but it's funny how you can train and get used to it. (And again, don't try at home, hard to escape if you do not know how).
