Normally go with the ball, but I have a scolds bridle that I like for strict metal bondage scenes.

its tough to decide between a medical tape gag and a ball gag. i like the ball gag because you have the helpless feeling of something in your mouth that you can't remove, and i love the medical tape gag because of how silencing it is while still being so comfortable that you could sleep with it on easily.

How is Tape Gag not an option?

I don't use a single gag... When I can tolerate it, I will use mouthpacking + tape + wrap or mouthpacking + wrap or mouthpacking + ballgag + tape + wrap

When I can't do mouthpacking, I'll do ballgag + tape + wrap.

Definately my inflatable butterfly gag. The strict silence it brings is amazing, and fills up your mouth fully. You can inflate it depending on how long you plan to spend it, and i just love it!
I dont use it in strict scenarios though, i usually stick with my ball-, penis- or trainer ball gag.

If you cut the inflation pump off you can put a presta valve in it's place. Then you don't have the inflation pump hanging off all the time.

Ball gag with over the head and under the chin straps as well the around the head strap. You cannot force the gag out no matter how hard you try. Exquisite.

would say Ballgag but the problem is I can only wear it for about an hour depending upon the size.
I like mouth stuffing and microfoam tape personally, I could have that on all day and all night.
I use some of my old stockings or pantyhose for the stuffing.
Sometimes for a Change of pace I will go with the Cleve gag and stuffing.

Unlike a ball gag I can keep a tape gag on all day and night.I use some of my old stockings or tights
