Something simple that i may do often with some variations in wear, basically sleeping with inflated latex mittens on. Both of them have ~40cm long air cables to pump, and i just punctured 1 tiny hole to the cables with a needle. Then made sure that they actually empty, which meant widening the holes a little bit. It takes more than an hour to let enough air out so that i can use my fingers so it's a good idea just before sleeping. I have 3 potential backup releases: 1) Open straps with mouth and pull hands out, they will just slide out unless i have some gloves with grip, 2) Pull the pumps hard enough that they detach from cables (i prefer not to do this because it may loosen the air sealing), 3) find a sharp knife or scissors from kitchen and puncture (this will never be used unless i superglue pumps one day and 1,2 fails). Laying on the mittens should also speed up the emptying but i don't usually do that.
So yesterday's goods and bads. Starting with bads, tied my legs and then then put just mittens on. Rubber straps over wrists to secure them. After pumping to full and waited a couple minutes i realized i can still use my fingers through the latex, enough so that i can open the vents on pumps... So i did just that and got loose. Because that leads to the good part, now i put PVC gloves on and again mittens with straps. This time i closed hands in fist position and because PVC puts some grip on latex they move less. So after waiting for 20 mins i realized they're still quite tight, meaning there's no way i can stretch my indexfinger and thumb enough to grab onto something... and so to that i figured i just have to endure until morning
Sure enough they were loose by then.
I should say that 0.4 thickness is not enough for mittens, thicker ones cost more but it'd be worth it. It's also difficult to find measures that you can't just pull out when zipper is closed. I had sizing M on these and it was still too wide.
