First try selfbondage

Hi I am a 25 year old male I have been interested in bdsm for a long time and want to try self bondage. I am counting on someone to come up with a scenario for me. Unfortunately I don't have the ropes.

Things I own:

Black stretch
Tape
Zip ties
A pair of belts

as a beginner you really need to be aware of risks inherent in self-bondage. I suggest you look at the main site and read up on safety and look at some of the "easy" scenarios.

You absolutely must have a simple way of getting out of any bondage you set up. For example, zip-ties are very easy to use, but are unforgiving, easily able to damage skin, nerves and blood supply and they do not break easily unless you use very thin ones, and even these can cut into you, so have a pair of wire cutters available - scissors are not suitable unless they are the "Emergency Room (ER)" or "Accident and Emergency" versions that are designed to cut clothing, leather etc, used by paramedics.

I won't give scenarios, look at the main site for inspiration. You could pick a scenario and ask questions here about how to safely set it up.

Welcome to BoundAnna, Boundi.

You can fasten your belt to the size of your hips together with both arms and 2 inch wider. So take the longest belt for this.
Place it with the iron belt buckle down on your bed where your hips come when you lie down. Afterwards - see below - your back will lie on the belt and not on the buckle.
Sit down on the bed before the belt.
Tie your ankles with the other belt. Keep a 1 inch gap between the belt and your ankles.
Then slowly lie down on the bed while putting your arms in the opening of the first belt.
Make sure that the backs of your arms are turned outwards so that the inside of your arms press against the side of your body.
If you are now completely on your back, your weight will be completely on the belt, which will block your arms.

You can free yourself simply by getting back up and taking your arms out of the belt.
But that way you already have a first experience of what it feels like to be completely tied up.

If you don't have a cold - risk of nasal congestion - you can use the tape to cover your mouth.

Afterwards you can blindfold yourself with a silk scarf (or kitchen towel) and repeat the above to become aware of this too.

You may set an alarm that will expire after 10 minutes and then try to lie down until the alarm calls you back to reality. :mrgreen: :hi:

Once you have purchased a pair of emergy room safety scissors (these will come in handy if you want to work with rope later), you can use your zipties to cinch the belt around your ankles just as your body now cinch the top belt between your arms.

I did self bonding for the first time today. I did differently than kinbaku said. I put my feet together underneath. I put a zip tie between the 2nd and 3rd fingers and tightened it by squeezing the 4 fingers together, then did the same with the next 2 smallest fingers left free. gagged transparent tape around head used 4 layers. then I connected 2 cable ties and tightened them across both feet, cut off the protruding ends of the ties. then I covered both feet with a lot of tape. I also tried to glue both wrists together but I failed, someone will tell me how to do it? the whole thing took me about an hour.

Hate to interfere, but I recommend against "glue play". I only see it ending with an awkward call to customer care on the phone, or a trip to the emergency room. Besides being possibly toxic, I just don't see a release mechanism.

You can do it by, for example, attaching a broomstick with your zipties to a table leg.
So that the broom handle protrudes above the table leg.
Drop the duct tape roll into this so that it rests on the table top, but is free to spin around the broom handle.
Take the end of the duct tape and tape it around your right wrist.
Then bring your left wrist against your right wrist and then continue to wrap the duct tape around both wrists. When you do it for the first time: DO THIS MAXIMUM 2 TIMES.

If you have safety scissors on the table, you can cut the duct tape off the roll. Fold the end together there so that it no longer sticks.

Your wrists are now bound together.
To release, take the end between your teeth and pull the duct tape back from your wrists.

Get someone ready to help you if you can't free yourself.

Update if it wasn't very clear: Every time you hit the roller with your hands, pull your hands horizontally away from the broom handle that is tied vertically against the table leg. This will again round off a new piece of tape from the duct tape roll.

To free you: once you have pulled enough tape with your mouth during the liberation, you can stick the tape against the broom handle, which can speed up the liberation.
