I am curious to see your rigged restraints that you described. Any chance of pics? As for a scenario a simple one that popped into my head is a forced standing scenario. You get the most challenging heels locked in and attach yourself to the D ring from the roof. You can attach your hand restraints or gag to that point to keep you standing. A good posture collar is always a plus. For a gag whichever is safer for you but still allows for some drooling.
