The Car Capsule

One could get inside a car capsule, zip it closed from inside, padlock the zippers together with a timed release, and inflate the bubble. They actually did show a picture of it being used this way, but that pic would not be appropriate to post here.
Dangers? If it's sunny out, it could get hot in there. If the power fails and it deflates (takes a few minutes), you would have to knife your way out. Starting at $300 for a bike sized capsule, that would be an expensive release you would not use unless necessary. The car sized capsule is $500.

No, you would not. It is pumped up by a fan, and air escapes through the zipper, recirculating the total amount of air 4 times an hour.

I actually have 3 of these in use right now, to hold cars and bike. Pretty nifty little gadget. I mostly posted it here as a way of thinking, but it has gathered more serious attention than I thought.

I could see more options if it was not clear, or some of the side were blacked out. But being clear other than the bottom, kinda limits what you can do with it really. But like the idea.

They do make opaque models. a 18 foot model is like $900 usd.

They come in all sizes, for all car, trucks, and motorcycles. If you want a dog cage, you go get 1 of 2 motorcycle sizes. I you want a stand up prison cell, 14-20 car capsule. If you want a small apartment, they make RV and boat sizes. Order indoor capsule for clear shell, outdoor capsule for tan shell. You will need a small padlock to secure the double zippers. I would love to hear your adventures with it, Sonik. Too bad I can't post the article of someone actually using it as a bondage device. It was a bunch of unruly kids who were being given a time-out.

If you are using it inside the house, I would recommend the large motorcycle capsule. You won't be able to stand up or lie down straight. When not in use, just roll or fold it up and put away. The car-sized ones are like 6.5 feet tall. I think the smallest length is 12 or 14 feet. Might be able to fit in a basement, if there are no low hanging rafters with nails or pipes on the ceiling.

You'll get there someday. I would let you use one of mine, but if you touched my car, I just don't think I would be happy. I'm happy right now, and want to keep it that way. But I can't wait to see someone put this to evil use.
