Proper hogtied?

So when I do my hog tie I connect my ankles to a chest harness, the connect my hands to the feet, but with some slack in the line. I was reading that this way you significantly lower the chances of pulling your arms out of your sockets. So whats your opinion on this matter? Do you think that tying your ankles to a harness then to your hands to your feet, or should I just tie my feet to my ankles?

What in blazes are you doing to worry about pulling your arms out of their sockets?

I've struggled quite a bit and I've never felt that I was about to dislocate my shoulders...

But if you like the way you feel when tied as you describe, all the better.

I don't know just skimmed an article about a someone popping their shoulders well in a hogtie. The article didn't mention if the person tried to do an elbow tie cause those things just look like a killer on your body.

You may be thinking about a "bow tie" where the tie is so tight that the knees and upper chest is pulled up off the floor...
Not something that can be done in self bondage, (well a way, but some type a machine would be required).

That's possible since I have a mild form of dyslexia (thank god for spell check), but I should of saved the link to post and I sometimes hate the fact that I set my laptop to clear my browser history at midnight.

To answer your question from my point of view:
There shouldn't be any danger to actually dislocate your shoulders that way. But if you feel better/safer/you name it, go for any variation you like. A chest harness is surely not a bad choice.

there is no right or wrong way.i use chains,so i guess its not a tie per se,but i like yoru idea about tieing your feet to your chest harness.even if you can get your hands free then you are still bound.i am going to give this a try with chains.

That's exactly what I mean. I always knew there was something about me that was different from all the others. And now I know what it is.
