hmm most shock collars have two prods that poke into you there are guides around that show you how to make them into pads but I'm not getting into that.

but yes dogs have really thick necks so the neck is not recomended so but it could be used on other areas like around the thigh or something i have "seen" them used before with people messing around on the genital area.

but umm don't get killed start small.
