A robe I can wear to answer the door

A recent visit from an unexpected guest who traveled a long distance got me thinking that I don't have everything covered in case of people coming to the door.
In the instance where simply ignoring a knock on the door is insufficient, I decided I need something I can throw on over anything I am wearing in an instant. I decided a robe would work best, along with a facial expression like they woke me or illness, combined with a yawn or fake cough, and I may just gain the distance I need to retreat to my bedroom and change to vanilla status, even if they insist on following me inside.
I need a robe of a sort, that is longer than floor length, I actually want a margin of material to be dragging on the floor to cover up corsets, ankle chains, ect. I can lift the front to climb my padded stairs, and can shuffle my steps to hide the ankle chain sliding across the floor. I need much longer than needed to account for advertised measurement discrepancies, and to allow shrinkage after washing. I would prefer something fluffy, like fleece or cotton. I am 5'9"". I have been at it for an hour, so I thought I would ask for help.
I have been searching with terms like full length robe, floor length robe, ect. Does anyone have a good link to an affordable robe, or at least new search terms. (Cloak, cape, gown, ect)
Thanks for your help. I also encourage you to think in this direction in case you never thought of how to deal with friendly intruders.

Thanks CD, dear friend. Now, you see what I mean.

Etsy, look for Fraktura Fashions, she makes a maxi dress like a monks habit style of thing. Brilliant, I just about live in it at home.

Thank you, Mike. Might you have a link to this product? Having a hard time finding it.

Thank you very much, Mike, Jenny. But what I am really looking for is a really really long bath robe.

Check the NEWCHIC site, mens kaftan. That might suit you.

You might have to make your own.

OR

This and put a blanket over your shoulders.

OR

Go for something kinda different like this or this.

I actually have the authentic Jedi Robe. Not quite long enough.

Plan B, as you said, would be to make one. I will probably buy 2 of the same robe, cut the lower section of one, and sew it to the bottom of the other.

You are doing nothing illegal, not involving anybody else and just doing what feels natural, like many thousands of other people.

And yet if someone else barges in on you uninvited, then somehow you are the one that feels embarrassed.

Strange, isn't it?

I remember answering the door to sign for a parcel. It was only after the guy had gone that I realised I was wearing some substantial leather cuffs and collar...

I realize we are all unique snowflakes, and I am still doing it.

This idea is still in progress. I got the robes, but they are too light, too tight. I need something heavy, plush, large, so that the hem will fall to the ground and hide what is underneath. I may go to a vanilla store that I can not disclose, except it rhymes with doll cart. In case I don't go this way, does anyone have suggestions for terms I should shop for online? (Plus size, terry, long length, ect, in case I do decide to take another shot at buying on line)
