They must mean as the crow flies. Kessel must be no larger than 12 parsecs in size. Most people take the long way.

All depends on which cab driver you get. Some really run up the meter for the tourists...

A lot of them even drive as if they had warp engines...

LoL. I realized long ago that when someone feels it necessary to brag about something, often times it is because they feel like they want people to believe it but don’t think it’s obvious enough that people will believe it without being told to believe it. In other words, when someone says they are good at something, they are actually clueless enough to not realize how very bad they actually are. True experts are aware of the limits of their understanding and are willing to let others know those limits. So, if someone says “Trust me!”, don’t!

I wish I had pictures of the things that taught me this. The epic fails were spectacular!

There are clear instructions regarding any metal objects on or in the body before entering an MRI scanner. Very unfortunate for the guy misled by the butt plug seller, who clearly didn't tell the truth about the product, though sadly he/she may have been told there was no metal by the manufacturer and simply passed on the information. After all, how would you check?

My only question is why would you wear a butt plug to a medical procedure in the first place?

By coincidence, I have an MRI scheduled tomorrow for my head, follow-up to the operation I had seven+ years ago.

I cannot have any metal on me, other than that implanted using surgical metals (like the titanium plate in my forehead). Ferrous metals are particularly bad.

I don't think any butt plug can be certified for use in an MRI machine. Even clothing other than basic underwear (panties) is verboten.

Don't mess with an MRI. It always wins.

Jenny.

Yeah, which is why I'm a little doubtful about the veracity. It's one of those stories that are a little too good to be true, without anything that can be easily verified.
Then again, how often do you get to see 'anal rail gun' used in a sentence? :D

Yup. 15,000 Gauss tends to be rather persuasive.

I was wondering if Han was saying he did a short-cut in distance, and not a time/speed record.

Pretty much what I said. As an Uber Driver, he probably scored high ratings.

Dog's thoughts: "Oh, no... what are my dog buddies going to think of me now?"

Cat's thoughts: "I own you now, Rocky... Do my bidding and nothing will be revealed..."

Kinda explains the dog's surprised+worried expression.

Either that he hasn't had any in a really long time...
